Default Tube Bender

Does anyone know of a house that will bend 1 3/4" alum. tube for special radiator connections?

I am trying to connect an FE waterpump (Edelbrock) to a drivers side outlet. The tube needs about 4 bends in less than 18" (Angled out of the pump, forward over the crossbrace, down around the steering rack and forward into the radiator outlet)

I looked into using Cool-Flex but they don't make it big enough to fit the Edelbrock pump (2 1/4")

? ? ?

Paul

That's going to be tough to do. Have you considered some of that corrugated hose?

I use stainless braided 16 AN for all my water lines. Pricey but never a problem. Had my radiator modified with the AN fittings.

Even if you had access to a good CNC mandrel bender it needs some lead in and out on the bends and that is with tight bend radii. A good header fab shop might be able to do it. I would consider the suggestion of a collection of tight bends cut in the right places and put together by a competent TIG welder. It could look pretty on welds or bench them off.
