Default Backdraft build - Diff question

Hi guys

My backdraft cobra build is underway and playing around with some diff ratios.
Any advise out there??
Specs:
Engine = Roush 427R
Engine rated = 550hp, but dyna shows 500hp @ 6000rpm

Gearbox = Tremec TKO600
Gear Ratio:
1st = 2.87; 2nd = 1.89; 3rd = 1.28; 4th = 1; 5th = 0.64

Tyres = 315x18x35

I am going for the progressive slip diff (just to avoid some of that 360deg recoveries).
Have been looking at the 3.9 / 4.11 ratio but not sure what will kill me first: the noise or the power.
