Autolite 4100 manual choke question

Hi guys, I am looking for one of those kits to convert an autolite 4100 automatic choke plate activation rod (the one without the spring and white plastic adjustment nut on top) to a manual choke plate activation rod (the one with the spring and white adjustment nut on top). Does anyone know where I can find one on the internet?
