Most people think it is the reference to my impression of our legal system in the book, Wind in the Willows,
but it actually has to do with my first race in which I participated....
I think I was five or six, you know the track at Disneyland, no, not Autopia, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride 
Damn that Eisner for demolishing it at DisneyWorld!
