Cobra Make, Engine: what if i dont "have" a cobra?

427W build/charge

So, I am building my 351W into a 427W. Now, what I would like to know is, can a block like that handle a turbo/supercharger or both? Also, if the engine CAN handle being charged, how much boost could it sustain?
