I have a good friend who uses this intake on his 65 GT-350 road race car. He has the single carb plate and big holley,850-900 cfm! The intake is strickly HIGH rpm's, his starts at 3500 and he turns it to 8500 rpm's!! I'll call him in a little bit and find out what kind of cam he has and any other info. too. He has been using this intake for many-many years, so he has a real good idea what works and what doesn't. I think this intake is really way too much for the street!! I once drove a 70 Boss with a Bud Moore mini plenum. Absolutely the worst car ever for the street. It bucked and stubbled until you good it above 3500 or so then it was "hold on"!! But around Atlanta there is really not any place that you can wind out your motor before you have to slow down. I would think you would need a 4.33 or even 4.56 rear gear to get it going with a top loader too. It is by far the coolest intake around but was designed for all out competition use only, might be hard to make it work resonably!! I right you back in a little bit, Matt.
