accessery. You know water pump, alternator, power steering, air conditioning. Are you a teacher?
|
it depends on what you are going to use, i.e. under-drive pulleys, single wire alternator, electric fan and so-forth, the year of the engine shouldn't make much difference, you can use the timing belt system are the v-belt system, there are a lot of variables

Most compact accessory drive...
The most compact accessory drive would be to run a crank pulley and a single accessory like a water pump OR an alternator or no accessory drive at all...I guess the absence of an accessory drive is the smallest of all, since it doesn't exist.
What do I win? To get a serious answer, what accessories and belt system are you interested in running? Byron |
compact
Hi,
The smallest system is no belts at all in the engine bay; use an electric water pump. place the alternator on a pulley next to the front of the driveshaft. Now there is nothing in the engine bay. Perry.:MECOOL: |
