Dry Sump Oil System: how difficult to install?

I am looking at a 351w svo shortblock with a dry sump pump installed on it, how hard would it be to stick in a cobra? Just off the top of my head, needed components would include an oil tank and a breather tank. That's the beginning and end of what I know about dry sumps!
