piston-to-wall clearance?
I'm about to install a set of TRW L-2482F forged pistons. Minimum required clearance according to TRW is 0.002".
Edelbrock built an engine with these pistons, this one had 0.0055-0.0065" piston to wall clearance, see >Edelbrock homepage<
What clearance is recommended? Is 0.004" save enough, or should I increase it to what Edelbrock recommends?
Engine will be mostly driven on the street, redline is 6500RPM.
