If you have no noise and 45psi at idle I can assure you your bearings are fine. Bad bearings will drop your oil pressure and create a tell-tale noise that increases with RPM -- it's a whack/rap noise that even if you've never heard it before you'd recognize it as something that shouldn't be there. Do yourself a favor and quit thinking about this -- take your wife out to dinner instead.;)

zacctly, your worrying about mostly nothing.......On one of my motors I had the dark/black kunky looking stuff on the magnetic drain plug after a one hour dyno session, changed the oil/filter, ran that motor really hard for 4 years,no problems......

You should see less and less of this with each oil change...don't sweat the small stuff, enjoy the car........
