A new 3 series BMW@$40k will probably be worth about 50-55% of it's value newin 5 years.The chassis of the BDR uses proven BMW components,and if it only depreciates 20% in 5 years,I would say that you made an excellent investment indeed(a net preservation of income of 30%)Buy it and have fun!
