Paulie Junior's personal SPF roadster is now up for sale

So it looks like Paul Teutul Jr. of OCC/American Chopper fame has put his Superformance Cobra roadster up for sale through MW Classic Inc. in St. Louis MO. If you're interested, or just curious, check out the MW Classic website at or the AutaBuy website.

MW Classic lists an asking price of $89K and AutaBuy lists it at $80K.

Been For sale for awhile.....

For $89K it's no wonder it's been for sale for a while. I mean really...so what if he owned it? He didn't build it and 10 years from now people will be wondering who Paulie was. The car is worth mid/high 50's IMO. But hey, what ever floats your boat.

What, he doesn't like cobras?

sparks 10-23-2009 01:32 PM

I agree. The previous owner adds nothing to the value of the car, which is the same value as having some old bastard sign the glovebox.

He's use to riding slow cruiser bikes...the Cobra probably scared the bajeebees out of him, hence the sale. Only a fool would pay anything close to that money for that car.

Can't quite tell from the photo.

Looks like it could be SP01281. Can you guys tell?

And it looks like Junior did have his car listed on eBay back in Aug 2008 or thereabouts. Does this mean that his Paul Jr. Designs venture isn't going as well as planned?

And you get to take delivery of the car at his house. Woo hoo...that's got to add $10K.:LOL:

RodKnock 10-23-2009 04:47 PM

Now if "John Voight" ever owned it, then now we're REALLY talking.

rustyBob 10-23-2009 04:54 PM

I wouldnt pay that much for that car even if his blonde girlfriend came with it.....

rodneym 10-23-2009 04:59 PM

Bob,

If that's true, you just might be too dang rusty.;)

Flash in the pan.

There is no additional value because it's Paulie Jrs. car.

That would be like adding value to a Ferrari because it was once owned by Bronson Pinchot...

ratsnst1 10-25-2009 07:59 PM

think again

some of those bikes he builds are very fast and would smoke most cobras.

Maybe this one's owner is actually "Paul Tuttle". I wonder if there's a chewed pencil in the glovebox?

He builds some very nice bikes, but they are not fast in the world of bikes. I have beaten some very fast sport bikes (much faster than the choppers he builds) in my Cobra.
