I'm still struggling with how 17's look on these cars, so how am I supposed to think about these? Except for better tire choices, that "look" just doesn't do it for me on a mid-'60s classic. |

SPF keeps reinventing themselves, first with the Ford and GM engines now wheels etc. |

 | The Superformance MK III uses a five pin wheel system......BUT, these are coming soon for the GT40 which is a six pin drive the same as original Cobras and therefor Kirkhams and others.

Just doesn't quite look like a 427 Shelby Cobra with those wheels and tires. |

I think they look great, they're just priced way too high.......unless the $2500 includes tires as well.

Those definitely add a unique look. I think a pair of both 18s and 15s are in order because sometimes you feel like a nut..sometimes you dont. BTW. the polished version of those rims are available on E-Bay for 1999.99 every day. |

The first SPF I test drove had a similar vibe of this one. It had the 18's with sticky tires and a Roush SB with a supercharger.
I'm not a huge fan of the big wheel look but if you're gonna go 17, go all out for 18's.

The ones that are on Ebay for 2,000 are the older "smaller" 18's...just an FYI. |

I saw a prototype set in person a couple years ago on a SPF and did not like them. |

Not a fan of the bigger wheels in general, but I like these better than the 17 inchers... they fill up the wheel wells better. |

I'm planning to get a set for the KMP flip-top. Who has the lowest price? |
