Thanks for the advise about how easy the ball joint install was.
I was going to have them installed by a shop but after your post I figured I would give it a try.
You are correct, with the proper tools the install was straight forward and very easy(other then the red lock tighted ball joint that took a 3' breaker bar to remove) 
I have not road tested yet but the steering in the garage feels much easier so far.
