Dumb luck...My SPF seen on National TV!
Some folks in the Cobra community noted a shiny red Cobra driving into Cars & Coffee during a recent episode of Discovery Channel HD's "Chasing Classic Cars." And they told me, "Dean, it looks like you." followed by "Dean, it IS you!" 
Since I don't get this particular program on my satellite package, a fellow SPF owner all the way back in Michigan ("Wayne") was kind enough to tape the episode and send a copy to me. What a great guy!
If you watch this show, it's in the "Porsche" episode where the host goes to So Cal to buy an early 1965 911. I think I got all of about 5-6 seconds of air time as I'm driving up to the weekly gathering in Irvine. But, hey, now I can say "As seen on national TV!" I was just surprised that the producers of the show thought enough about my car representing what shows up each weekend that they included that little clip.
