Default SS 18-8 bolts 304 grade?

Anyone know the bolt grade for SS 18-8
I think SS304

SS is about a grade 5 equivalent....

It varies, but it is between a grade 2 and a grade 5.

The Bumax Ultra stainless fasteners are the worlds strongest.
Ultra refers to the cost.
Equivalent to grade 8 or better developed in Sweden for undersea robots.
I’m using them on the a-arm alignment/antidive brackets.
The brackets are 304 stainless steel.
Electro polished, shine like chrome forever.

A 304 stainless steel has 18% chromium and 8% nickel content, so unless there is anything more specific to add to your question, 18-8 and 304 can be regarded as the same thing.

18-8, 304 hardware is closer to a 2, it tarnishes, corrodes and the threads gall. Needs nickel anti seize on every nut.
I electro polish 304 angle to prevent degradation.
