Lake Day
Hi Gang:
If anyone is looking for a driving destination on Sunday (Sept. 5th) of the Labor Day weekend, we are going to be out at our place on Eagle Mountain Lake. It is northwest of Ft. Worth about 25 miles. If you would like to come out we were thinking 2:00pm (ish). I can send directions to anyone who would like to drop by. :CRY: Looks like my car is a no-show this time. I was out for a cruise on Sat. and got stranded on I-35 in Burleson. It seems my distributor gear gave up the ghost. Now I gotta pull the pan to get all the little teethies out.

My wife is going to be at baby shower most the day sunday, but I would like to make the cruise out there. It will be a haul from the NE side but the car needs its legs stretched more than just the runs around town. Mike |

distributor gear
I know this doesn't apply to this thread, but some were curious about my dist. gear. It was one of those carbon graphite ones that Comp Cams were recommending for awhile. KC said I was lucky to get 5K miles out of mine, some of them lasted much less. At least they don't damage the cam when they go.
