TCC Spring Meet Registration

If you are planning on attending the Spring Meet in San Marcos, it is very important for you to register AND pay online. The cost of putting on an event of this size is high with deposit, rentals, printing, etc.

Go to www.texascobrameet.com to register and THEN pay the fees. Deadline for purchasing tickets to the Saturday night banquet is Sunday, March 20. The deadline for registering for the Harris Hill Track event is also Sunday, March 20.

Those of us coordinating and working to make this event a success want to minimize any issues that may arise from parking capacity, parking configuration, attendee information packets, nametags, etc.

IF YOU ARE COMING TO SAN MARCOS EVEN FOR ONE DAY, YOU MUST PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE. THIS MAKES IT FAIR FOR EVERYONE. IT IS ONLY $35.

Ken,

Is there anyway to post a list somewhere of who is registered and who isn't? I went on and filled out the form and hit the submit, this was weeks ago, and I have no idea if I recieved a confirmation. Now I am hearing that some people had to do it twice to get it to go thru. I want to pay, just not twice. Please let us know and it will get done.

Wish Jan and I could be on that list again this year but between the economy
and the electrical Gremlins in my Kirkham we won't be able to join you this year. I sent my MSD to El Paso for checkup and it is waiting for me to re-instal
when I next return to Texas in April. If it still doesn't work I'll put the word out
on HCC so someone can hopefully help me solve this problem.

Hope the weather is great like last year was - I know the times shared will be also.
