Time :10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Entree fee $15.00 goes to David Stark fund raisor .

From Austin go South On 183 30 miles and after the first traffic light go one block and turn Left into the park its that easy .

Is anybody going to the car show in Lockhart? - I am planning on it myself - provided that it does not rain!!! - how's 'bout some of you other cobra guys going also - Charmer? Ed? Joe? Richard? Let's see if we can't make a presence for Tony and his cause ....like to see you'all there!!!!

Sorry I can't make it. I got Mike (my FFR builder & mechanic) coming over Saturday morning to drain my transmission fluid, and install additional 12V wiring so I can operate a portable emergency air compressor and portable windshield wiper motor for inspections.:p

In-laws are in that day and I need to fix my Freakin clutch.

Wow What a Hard Core Cobra Owner !
 

Wow what a great Car show turn out with 28 cars , trucks , motorcycles we had a blast !!!!!!!
We started the morning with real nice cool ,cloudy weather and then watched a Hugh black cloud pass us by from the South going north .we were all happy ,Then we got a north wind that blew that cloud back into us with YES RAIN !around 11 30 am for a good 25 minutes down poor 1 to 1.5 inches we manage to get Dees cobra under the cover and the Motor cycles . then we were back at it clear nice sky then came the Grey clouds with another rain we manage to get the Judging in and Rain Came Down again ! A long soaking rain on top of the down poor things got messy we had a wet tee shirt contest everyone was a participant .HE HE !!!!
Well Dee missed BEST OF SHOW by 1 point .....
He tied for first and was recounted and Won 1st in the All Cars section, pretty dong gone good there was some very tuff computation .The coolest thing was watching for the Hard core drivers that had too drive home in the RAIN ! 6 bikers and only 2 road home in the rain Forest of Lockhart had a 1.5 mile drive and My Brother Richard had a 7.3 mile drive .They both made it home ok .But For the hard core WINNER WAS our own Cobra Brother and Sister DEE and Jackie We need an award for that witch will be awarded at our next monthly meeting .I offered to drive home and get my car hauler but Dee and Jackie wanted to get out in the rain . THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT Dee and Jackie !!
We did to manage to raise around $4500.00 together for the $6200.00 hospital bill a big notch and we had lots of stuff for another Great RAFFLE .Its was allot of fun !!!
We thank you again for your support .
That will be a day I will never forget .
