Good Guys Press release.

"The celebrities keep on comin’ for this weekend’s 22nd Lone Star Nationals at Texas Motor Speedway! Renowned racer Robby Unser will make his Goodguys AutoCross debut this weekend in Texas.
Unser’s appearance represents Speedway Motors’ first foray into Goodguys AutoCross competition. He will pilot the Speedway Motors G-Comp ’65 Nova, outfitted with Speedway’s new G-Comp Front Suspension Kit and a full complement of AFCO coil-over shocks. The Nova is powered by a BluePrint 454ci Pro Series small-block engine backed by a Tremec 5-Speed transmission, and features a host of aftermarket performance parts from Billet Specialties, Dynatech, MSD, ProCar and Weld Racing.
Unser hails from one of America’s most storied racing families. The son of Indianapolis 500 champ Bobby Unser and nephew of Al Unser (another Indy 500 winner), Robby began go-kart racing at age 8, and by his teens was racing stock cars, sprint cars and Formula Fords. Unser won the American IndyCar Series title in 1989 and has raced in the Indianapolis 500 twice, earning the IRL’s Rookie of the Year honor in 1998. He has won the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb nine times, competed in Formula D drifting events, and also worked as a driving coach."

Or we could go to Richardson for lunch
It's almost impossible to get Brittany up by 8:30 anyway without using a train horn and a tow truck to drag her out of bed! Lol

I can do lunch but can't do breakfast. Not that it matters. Whatever the majority decides.

Sorry, he is not.
I got green light for expanding the Weld Shop II. To not to interrupt production the reorganizing and count of parts will be done on Saturdays.
Later the Weld Shop II will move into the new building - also Saturdays. We focus to be operational in the new building before Thanksgiving.

Anyhow, if you guys want try something new: Ten 50 BBQ in Richardson TEN50 BARBECUE | Ten 50 Barbecue I talked a while back to the general manager about using the driveway connecting the north and south parking lot as parking for a bunch of Cobras.
Well, he is a car buff and has no problem with us parking there. The drive way is long enough to accommodate 15 cars easy.
They open at 10.50am - I suggest we meet at 10 am there. Some of us attend Cars and Coffee, so there is plenty time between.

Nicely made - just looks like for display of cars, seating is all along the glass on the left side.
