It is with a very heavy heart that I share with you the sad news that the love of my life passed away Saturday June 20th at 1:45pm. We had just completed a terrific trip to the Indy Brickyard Invitational Vintage Race where she had a great time, visiting and partying with fellow racers. She became ill on our way to St. Louis where we had planned to visit with her sister and family. Because of her compromised respiratory condition we knew that any lung issue would be fatal. As the week progressed, her health deteriorated in the ICU at St. Lukes Hospital, and on Saturday she left us resting peacefully in my arms.
Life is a precious gift and her love was the greatest gift of all. I am a fortunate man to have been blessed with her presence over the past 52 years.
I'll let you know about the arrangements for her Memorial Service, yet to be planned.

What words can express how much she was loved by you and all who knew her. I know that she is now in a better place and free from her pain but that doesn't help the feeling of loss. I will miss her and her one of a kind humor.
My prayers are with you now as always. Your friends are here for you.

Larry, so sad to read this. Jackie was such a great lady. We had so much fun on the Arkansas trip with you guys. Know that she is in a better place and will be missed by all that knew her. We are thinking of you and your family during this difficult time.
I can only imagine the grief she is giving Carrol Shelby about now.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Sharon and I will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. Jackie was such a great lady in every way. I will never forget the cookies she made for us at Run n Gun and some of the other track events we shared. If there is anything we can do please don't hesitate to let us know. God bless you all.

Larry-Ann and I are so sorry to learn about Jackie's passing--will always remember the Caribbean cruise we went on with you two and all the good times with the Cobra Club. Jackie was one of a kind and will be greatly missed!

I was so surprised when I saw this today and so sorry to hear you have lost your best friend and love of your life. I'll always remember that smiling face and those great choc chip cookies of hers. God's Speed My Friend and May She R.I.P.
