Ceramic Coatings

Does anyone know of a good place to get an intake and pipes ceramic coated that is reasonable? Maybe in Texas?

Dan - I used Performance Coating Specialities, 1107 California Lane, Suite 209, Arlington, Tx 76015 817-274-1947. I received the referal from Jay Nordstrum and Gary Morris. Mine were done last December, $350 for the sice pipes and $100 for the header pipes and they really did a great job and finished when they promised. I can't remember the guys name (Matt or Mike), but seemed to have the right equipment and knew what he was doing. So what engine are you going with?

Dick , Over the winter I built a 427 SO and have a Weber Set up that I restored for it also. The car should be here in a couple of months. I have a little time to start getting my parts together that I am going to need for the engine install. Thank you very much for the information, I will give them a call on Monday.

hey dan,

i just had my intake and a couple small brackets ceramic coated for $100.00 total. the place is called endurance coatings, it is in mesquite tx. and the phone no. is 972-288-3570. they did a nice job, but a little slower than they claimed. jay nordstrom has also used these folks.

CLAY.....Don't you ever use Enduro again or I will disown you. VERY BAD experience on my sidepipes. They did them twice and still look like @#$. And they are almost within walking distance from my house. Performance coatings in arlington is THE place. Just tell him you're from the Cobra bunch. If you need to drop a name it's James Baldwin as he put us on to these people in the beginning.

oh man,
i must have caught them on a good day.
actually i was in kind of a hurry and they were the only ones i knew of at the time besides high performance coatings in OKC. OKLA. too far to drive too short time.
i will know better next time. i guess all it takes is one bad experience and your on the **** list!!
