Thinking about having a 'strip fest'...
Ah HA! I knew that would get your attention, but I'm actually talking about finally pulling the drivetrain & suspension the rest of the way out of my donor ('98 Cobra). I'm just testing the waters to see if anyone might want to lend a hand? I'm also going to hit up my AAS (Austin Area Stangs) buddies as several of them want to see this '98 come apart.
Perhaps you guys are more interested in the actual build? If that's the case, I might just have the AAS guys help tear apart the donor & then get some of the fellow Club Cobra guys over for some build work. What do you guys think?!? |

looks like all of my graduation/parental/etc comittments are done for now ( I still have to move a friend to Tempe). time to meet all you guys in person. Hooters? let's go. I like'em HOT. I'm all for a mid-June meet. I'll even travel to Round Rock Hooters (ugh, I HATE the traffic up there) but it'll be worth it...

Here's my summarized interpretation of what's happening in this thread:
- Ed2 will get back to us on a date that he would like some help, but will not tolerate nudity. - Renman seems to need assistance on Saturday morning, but hasn't specified that he won't tolerate nudity. - Jeff R hates the traffic in Round Rock, but nudity won't stop him going there. - The hooters gig is just my suggestion for the next Austin meet, whenever that is, which wouldn't be bad if it were in the 3rd or 4th week of June. Yes, assistance is needed in abundance on Saturday morning. Nudity will be tolerated for as long as my eyes can stand it. (This has been known to go on for days).

Hey, my Saturday help thread has been hijacked! I'm actually talking about this Sat. & was just trying to coordinate a little with the AAS guys before sending out more info, but I guess I better do it NOW.
I'm starting at 9am and stopping at 5pm & then heading down to Oak Hill just to see what cars show up. Directions to my place can be found below (punch in your address as a starting point to get driving directions if necessary). If you want to come over & lend a hand, please let me know & I'll make sure I can get you something to eat & drink while you're at my place. Thx. Directions |
