Wow - What a day
I thought I would show you all how a few of us spent our day. I hired a photographer and a studio to shoot pictures of my car before the new owner picks it up. While there, a few friends were also able to have their cars shot. The following are only my digital pictures. The real pictures will look even better!
Enjoy!
Thank you Steve Parks for sacrificing the entire day to help us get our cars there!!!!

I am still tired. Glad every one that wanted to got thier pictures taken of the cars. I learned alot yesterday. I only wish we could have done this before I sold my car.
When I got home Carrie had baby back ribs ready to go onto the grill.
Great day.

Very very nice. He brought out great aspects of each car. This guy has an incredible eye. You guys should be riding high on how these came out.

Fantastic Shots! At the risk of getting technical on this site do you know how the studio was set to get this effect. I presume that there were black backdrops and floor. Was the ceiling white and if so how has he managed to avoid a reflection of the join between black and white?

Yes, this was shot in a studio. I created similar shots in my garage but was limited by the type of lighting I had. When I sold the car, I decided to go all out and shoot it the right way. If it turns out good enough, I plan on making a 30" x 72" poster from one of the many poses of the car (but I may be the only one interested in buying it ).
Really all the credit should go to the consortium of Directors that I had for the shoot. Seen here in action, I REALLY just sat around watching THEM setup the shots.

Dick, if you ONLY knew!!!!
Dick,
There does happen to be one shot- that hopefully will never see the light of day- that actually had two "models" involved. I have it on good report that they normally don't come out and hopefully will never be "seen" again , certainly in any posters with our cars in them!!
Oh, wait, James probably does not officially "have" the car anymore, so all bets might be off............Whoah!!
John R.
ps. I can't believe I didn't bring my camera to this shoot...I could be RICH I tell you!!

James,
Great shots!!
Just curious - and not wanting to a pi$$ing match - but what made you sell your ERA and get an SPF?
I think they are both great cars and was just wondering?
Regards,
Keith
