In Irving this week
I am in Irving for the rest of this week, and was wondering if there were any get togethers happening? Am still in the planning part of my Cobra, but am curious if I will even fit in one with the 90" wheelbase, or if i need to go to a 96". Any one have one I might try on for size?

Wrench, We (Panoz Racing School) are having a track day at Texas Motor speedway on Friday of this week, come by for a visit. There will be Cobras and other fast cars on the track all day. Thanks, db

Bostons has some really great desserts. Parking is OK around 8pm (so says the wait staff) because their crowd gets there after10pm. How does that sound?
Bostons at 635 and Mac Arthur in Irving, 8pm Thursday night.

I will be in your neck of the woods Thursday evening for the track day on Friday. How far away from the track is the dessert spot? If we get into town early enough we may join y'all.:)

be there. David, it's a ways from TMS but easy enough to get to. Probably 20 miles or so. Take Hwy. 114 East to DFW airport, north on 121 to 635 East and off at MacArthur Blvd. Boston's is on the NW corner of 635 and MacArthur Blvd.

jwoodward: I am staying at the Country Inn and Suites at the Esters blvd exit on 114. Mcarther is 1 exit down from beltline on 635, correct?
Cobra #42. what time is the track day on Friday, i might could find time to attend.

Macauthur is the next exit after Belt Line, you are correct. Take Macaurthur North about 1 or 2 miles and once you pass 635, it will be on your left next to about 6 other restaurants.
