Cobra Make, Engine: Superformance #1374 with 392 RDI Stroker

I am taking delivery on a Superformance cobra in a couple of weeks. I live in Houston, (Harris County) and wonder what steps I need to take to get this thing registered as a 65 so I won't have emmision problems. I know some of you guys have went thru this. Anybody have some info.
I recently applied for membership in the Texas Cobra Club, but haven't received word back yet.

Appreciate any wisdom
