cobras by the bay headcount
hey guys
at 5 pm friday we will start the tailgate party at my shop. one of the local tv stations has tentatively scheduled to do their 5 o'clock newscast from my shop. threrefore if any of you can get there before 5 we can have a good picture for the newscast. i'll head straight to my shop from school and should get there by 4. at 7 pizza will be served. on saturday i need for the cobras to be at the dealership at 8:30 to set up before all of the other cars arrive. we will leave for charlotte plummers in rockport/fulton at 1 pm. after lunch we will head back to corpus via the ferry's and across the island. begining at 7 we will meet at q's sports bar and billiards. what i need on this thread is a head count of those that are coming and when so that i know what to plan for. i'm getting good coverage from the newspaper, tv, and radio. i need to know what to say concerning the cobras. anyone needing race gas it will be available before 5 on friday and between 8-12 on saturday. if you plan to leave your cobra in my shop please indicate so on this post. anything i've left out i'll post here. weather looks to be dry and in the 70's with overcast skys. see ya this weekend! paul |

I need help! I have to be in Dallas this weekend so I can't make it to the event, but I need to get the event shirts to Corpus! I am picking them up Wednesday. Anyone coming down from Austin want to meet me on their way through and grab them on Friday. If not...I can send them with someone from SA(Bob?) on saturday maybe?

And Hooters is NOT open for breakfast...there is an IHOP across the freeway from Hooters, and on the way from Paul's shop to the car show...anyone want to try meeting there at, say 7:30 Sat. morning?

My little smallblock don't have a 4th gear and don't need it to keep up! Just needs a bunch of gas! What time and where are we meeting up near Houston? We still going Hwy#35? Hooter's is a must sometime this trip. :3DSMILE:
