Dear Bob and Tony,
So True, So True. The Cobra Club over the entire world is made up of the best of the very best!! 99.9% are true supporters of our passion and hobby. Just ignore that small percentage that don't get IT!!!! "Uncle" |
No, it would get to 12,000 RPM. I did not believe it myself. The engine was built for NOS and to run at a very high level. It was (now sold) a small block that would get your attention very quick. Anyone that knows me or has seen the car knows it is the truth and I stand by what I stated earlier.
I even called the guy that built the engine and asked him if I had a bad tack or if the car really would get there that quick. His exact words were "You told to to build one that would run, didn't ya" I even went to the effort of getting another tach to double check what I was seeing and got the same response. |
"Texas" small block,,,,,,
