What's up, folks? Is the official meeting at the ihop at 8 a.m.??!! I don't think I caught that part about the meeting, just about breakfast as some unknown Ihop location! Somebody make a decision, here.... Mr. Royal Rooster/ or Colleen, please consult and make a decision! Is the AER show still "on"? Pepe is not clean. Pepe needs a bath. AER Show cancelled for tomorrow

Hey Car Show Enthusiast, I JUST GOT WORD THAT THE AER CAR SHOW SCHEDULED FOR THIS SATURDAY MAY 1ST HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST OF RAIN ALL DAY. THE SHOW WILL BE HELD ON MAY 8TH THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY SAME TIME SAME PLACE. SO PLEASE MAKE A NOTE ON YOUR CALENDAR FOR NEXT WEEK END. Sorry,I posted this before seeing that the Royal Rooster had a thread on this already. |
My guess is that with the show cancelled we should move the meeting to Saturday May 8th..but I will wait and see if anyone says anything.

I don't know Matt, anytime the discussion comes up about moving the meeting to coincide with another event, it's always mentioned that we don't move the meeting. Less confusion for everyone.
And it doesn't sound like many folks were going to AER this year anyway. I don't think we should move the meeting. That said, it's after 10pm Friday and I'm thinking there will only be a small showing at IHOP Sat morning. If no one shows and we all end up at AER the following week, so be it. Just my $.02 worth. ;) |

was reading your post last night when Poof! computer was gone, electricity was gone, and that meant time for bed! got out the flashlights and poked our way to bed. anyway, woke up this morning about 8. not too bad, I guess. have reset none of the clocks. Did ya'll "meet" this morning? what about next sat. doing the "same thing"? let us know what's up. thanks, k |
We lost power too. No idea when. Just that it was late when we hauled out butts out of bed. Too bad because Alan had worked yesterday to free up today for AER.
