Clois,
the quickest way for you would be to take 121 heading to the airport. about 1 mile before the airport 121 will split off be in the right hand lane and take 114 exit. Stay on 114 all the way to the track (do not take the business loop). when you go past I35 the entrance to the track will be on your right. take that entrance and go in thru the south tunnel. congradulations you are there. I will be taking the northern route, 380 to 35 and south. all hwy and much less traffic but a bit out of your way. However if you want to meet somewhere Friday at 0'dark 30 let me know and we can caravan out. I am right near custer and 380 but can meet you wherever. I will send you a private message with my cell #. John |
Thanks John,
I will know more about what I am doing tomorrow when I get to my daughters house. I am familiar with 114 but wasn't sure if 121 would intersect. Clois |
Kristen,
I will be bringing three cameras (roll bar mount - 35 w/ tele and digital) I will definitely get your picture crossing the line, promise. Clois |
I'll be camera'd up!
Well,
I will have my Digital with me, so I can get some "action" shots, and we will have a "Great" photographer there, so I think pictures won't be a problem. I plan on heading out ot TMS from work tomorrow to help my fellow SCAT members with registration and plan on being back with the car early on Friday morning. Geez, we are REALLY close now! See y'all on Friday, if not tomorrow night, John Russell |
IN THE TRAILER!!!
see ya'll tomorrow.... Kristen |
Ok who is going to post some pics of this event?

Gary, you need the special encryption code
Do you not know the new policy? If you don't attend you can't gain access to the site with the photos posted.
Too bad. I know you're really, really sorry you weren't there, so maybe, just maybe you'll be given the code by some really really compassionate cobra buddies. :p ps. glad you're feeling better from your bug:) btw. i only have a few photos as I was busy out there tearing up the track and waxing the vette's butt. Right, J Russell?? ;) Oh, and I only need a LITTLE bit of work done on the car after this track day. Must be getting better, right, J Ross? Need a little bondo and paint to repair the claw marks on the dash left by Gary when he so graciously and courageously allowed me to take him for a little "tour" around the track!! hehehe. As I was gone for just a bit more than 24 hours, I came home to a tornado zone, and I was "allowed" to skip church to clean up the mess. I'll have to post photos after it looks like I've cleaned up a bit. Done the weekends' dishes, now got to vacuum. What a mess! John Russell took some nice photos. You'll have to get the scoop on John Ross, Clois and all straight from the source..... John's looking for a 2nd job to pay for his little incident.... ;) The car show was very nice, and the replica cobra class was the largest. I humbly accept my FIRST PLACE trophy, ( :3DSMILE: ) as I think everybody felt sorry for me sitting on the asphalt scooting around cleaning up my car for 2 hours.... Thanks, Morris for all your assistance in helping me clean "our" car.... well, maybe just with the trophy thing... ;) :D hopefully photos sometime today!! |
Event Photos
Photos will be up on www.scatracks.org within the next 48 hours ---

Where do you find pictures of the TMS track day on October 29, 2004? Also, if there are pictures available to purchase who do we contact?
Clois Harlan email me at either: clharlan@duke-energy.com tulsacobra@valornet.com |
clois, hey! Have you seen the pics from the Hart guy? They look good! I haven't seen the scat photos posted yet, Bob said there were a couple of hundred, and he would post them when he could. go to the link above for Scat photos. John Russell has posted a link to the Hart guy on the other thread about TCC annual meeting....
