The voting system sucks. Texas in the Rose Bowl. Come on, even you Texans can't be to proud of that bit of bribery. :) :) CownTown, Left Costers. Turn around and look toward your neighbors in Mexico and tell me which coast we are on. Just depends on where you are. To the Canadians we are the Right Coasters. The problem with the Rose Bowl is those in charge of it. They want to be part of the BCS, but they also want to cling to the old Pac-10/Big 10 affiliation. You can't have it both ways.
Auburn, Texas, and Cal all got screwed. The second tier game after the championship game should have featured 2 of those teams. As it is, it's all mixed up. |

Right.....both Texas and Cal only lost to the best 2 teams in the country, OU and SC, respectively. That would have been a better matchup.

What about Auburn and Utah? Those guys are pretty good too.
I guess it is better than it was but it still isn't right. This is a very good year for talented teams...I predict some significant upsets in the bowls. Makes it fun doesn't it? Clois |

Did you see the last play of the Vikings-Lions game? The center for the Lions blew the hike for a tying PAT with about 10 seconds left in the game! Poor guy! His teammates were shown coming to him an patting him on the shoulder pads!

I watched a game Sunday (I think the Broncos- memory, agh!) where the snap from center went into the dirt and the go ahead field goal was blown. Amazing.:) |
