photo/image software

Fellas, I need recommendations on image software....

I need software that will allow me to do these three things, batch an album, add text to each photo, resize and email.
Not interested in a bunch of fancy edit options, the above three items are a must. Online download is preferred, any help appreciated.

I kinda need this in a hurry..........

I use Jasc Paint Pro 8.1 but they have just put out 9.0. You can go to their site and download a trial version and I think it will do all you want. I know for sure it will add text, resize, and has many compression rates for e-mailing. The program has far more than I will ever use and that is why I haven't upgraded to the 9.0
