Club Member Ahmed Moazzam
Can anyone tell me if Ahmed Moazzam is a member of the Texas Cobra Club? He lives in Mesquite Texas. I really need to speak to him if anyone can tell me who he is.

There are 3 Ahmed's listed in Mesquite, none with that first name.
Although in the Dallas phonebook there IS a Moazzam Ahmed listed. Would you like me to private message you the street and phone #? This phone book is a couple of years old. I can locate a more recent one somewhere, I'm sure, if you need me to. Kristen |
Thanks for all the help. Hopefully that is the correct e-mail for this guy. You're correct that I had the name reversed. I have made some calls to information too and I believe where he had me send about $2,000. worth of parts in Mesquite Texas is where a builder of his is, not his address. That is part of why I'm having a hard time finding him.

Does anyone know a Cobra builder named Shawn Downs in Mesquite. I think the address Mr. Ahmed had me send the parts was to his Cobra builder. That is the signature I have. I'm just learning that if a customer gives me a drop ship address to send parts to and then says it was a fraudulent charge and the signature is not the same as the cardholder then I have to go after them a diffrerent way. I will but though maybe someone knew Shawn Downs.

In current Dallas and Mesquite phone books there are no listings for Shawn Downs. Do you have a name for the shop? Could drive over to it and "take a look". Pm the address to me, and I'll see where it is, and who is the manager. (I'm assuming you have the address, as a drop ship of parts to this place. I may be wrong....) Good luck! Kristen |
I sent the parts to 2825 El Paso Way, Mesquite, Tx and they were signed for. If anyone knows this guy building a Cobra I sure would like to speak with him. Many thanks for the e-mails.

I know where that street is, and Fred, you're right, a rental type property. I'll get my digital camera later today and take a photo of the house, then post it. Sorry, Paula! Doesn't sound good.

Here is another point of view. Ahmed Moazzam may not be the thief, but a victim of credit card theft. He could have rightly disputed charges he didn't make. The owner of the house may be the thief or it could be a renter or it could be a friend of someone at the house.

Actually Fred that helped me. I got the telephone number for the owner and left them a message explaining what happened.
At least that will help me know who the renter is -- if it is the guy who stole from me or the builder. I probably will eventually fill out all the paper work and try to find the guy -- its just the cost of doing business sometime. 99% of everyone that orders is usually very honest and we have no problems. Just wish he would have ordered less!! Thanks again. Paula |
I spoke to him myself. I'm pretty sure this is going to turn up to be he is the bad guy. I'll let you know.
