Bruce,

You are welcome whether you have a car or not. Having a car is great, and burning your leg is a big plus, but only optional.

Heck, some who actually have cars sometimes don't bring 'em all the time. Hope to see you there when they pick the spot.

It may even be on this side of the world, a bit closer to you, since it was in the right-sided hemisphere last month.

John

Howdy ya'll!!!

Been a long time! Any word yet on the Feb. meeting place? What date?

I've got a neighbor who has been bitten and I wanted to get him out to meet the boys and check out some cars.

Anybody up for giving him a ride along?

John

Default Directions To Chucks!

Chucks
1469 Hwy 114 W.
Grapevine, TX

From Irving, Dallas, etc:

Take Hwy 114 West to the William D. Tate off ramp, continuing STRAIGHT on the frontage road about 1/2 mile. At the very end of the Target Center, you will see Chucks on the right, just before you reach Ira Woods Dr.

From Roanoke, Southlake, etc:

Take Hwy 114 East to Hwy 26 off ramp. Hwy 26 drops down to Ira Woods. Go right (east) on Ira Woods. You will go under Hwy 114 and past the signal, and you will see Chucks on the right.

Looking forward to seeing you all on the 5th!

Bud

A luck has it I have a meeting that morning in Dallas. I will stop by and meet some of you folks if I get out early. If not I have tentatively blocked out the first Saturday of March.

I wish I could make this meet, but I will be dancing with daughters at the Frisco Daddy/Daughter dance that afternoon.

Things are going good for me. I'm in a new company, RealPage, doing C# development. Nice gig. Still not in the market for a Cobra though. I think I'll live vicariously through my neighbor for a while.

I'm trying to convince him that we should both go to Austin in March. We'll see.
