Austin's July meet
Hi folks,
It's one hour into July, so we can start the thread! **) We really need to recover from last month's meet, which I'm guessing was not great, if at all. I would like to propose Saturday July 16 as the date. Location TBD, but I'm working on something, so hang in there. But let me know if the date works for you so far. BTW, I was thinking that maybe we should invite the Pantera folks like we have in the past. Anyone here (that means you Ed #1), know how to get in touch with these guys? Cheers, -Neil. |

The only weekend for me is the 9th. Other wise I'm out of the country. I'll be in Romania until the middle of August.

Pantera Folks
I lost contact with the Pantera guys. The Panteras would show up at the Oak Hill Saturday night car meets and I haven't been to the Oak Hill gathering in a long time.
I'll be in Colorado with Ray Russell during the third week of July. We're joining the Mile High Cobra Club in their week cruise in the Rockies. :3DSMILE: July 9th, 16th, or the 30th dates look okay so far for us. |
I'll wait till others chime in re: dates. I think I'll dig up some phone numbers and make some calls.
Speaking of Oakhill, I haven't been there in ages. I'll see if I get a chance to swing by this evening. Cheers, -Neil. |

With another little Cobra passenger due within the next couple of weeks, I'll probably miss the July and August meets. I'll try and make Cobrastock.

Alrightly folks, sorry I disappeared for a bit. Let's do it this weekend -- the 16th. Apologies to anyone this leaves out, but it's obvious we can't fit everyone's schedule. I was trying to get a spot to BBQ, but that's failed, so I'll pick a restaurant and advise tomorrow. I'll try to find something new/different than we've been to in the past.

Any of you have opinions on Sam's Boat restaurant? I was also thinking of Bone Daddy's, but got some not so great reviews on that.
