opinion please
Since I have the October meeting, what would you rather have....noon or evening meeting? The event will be in Addison at a new place that I have grown to love for their great Mexican food.
Gimme your input please. They will accomodate us either way on the patio overlooking our cars. also a head count would be nice since we will be doing this the same weekend as the Conroe event. Jay |
My vote is lunch but will try to be there either way.
|
hmmm. pick either way, but I need to know ASAP!!!! :p
I think I swing toward dinner. no, lunch, no dinner, no...... it's a busy busy day, I'm planning a BIRTHDAY PARTY for a 10 YEAR OLD around MY schedule- need to know pretty quick which to plan for; Saturday morning party or Saturday night party!! no, ya'll can't come.   Cobra girl #1 (kid #3) is turning 10!!! (#4 just turned 7 on Sunday) whew, now it starts..... |
My vote is evening
I think a nice cool evening with TCC members is hard to beat. Last year this was one of our largest gatherings. Put me down for three people.
|
Can't make it
Sorry to say I'll miss this one as we will be in Turkey. Yes, another trip for the Woodards. Y'all have a great time and see you at the November meeting.
:D :D :D |
Meeting
Jay I am for starting around lunch and go right through dinner. By this time the seat is warm and fitting the contours of your butt. The beer is cold, Man's Law. And the women are all nice. Priceless. Any question? :) :D :D Rick L

Would be Great The Royal One!! |
I vote for dinner. Lunches are so hard to squeeze in these days.
Woodard - Why'd you and the missus buy that new place when you aren't ever there anyway? ;) |
hey, Jay. You are planning for the first Saturday??? Colleen, aren't ya'll going to Conroe???
Dinner is sounding better. :D ps. when are you heading up to St. Louis? |
Jay
Hope you can work it out.. I'm confused.. Now beer and Mexican sounds good all day... HI TO Y'ALL IN TEXAS FROM DOWN UNDER |
Rick
OK sorry beer and good women..%/ Things never change..then again after a dozen or so beers some woman look..%/ |
Kristen
 Just leave the kids at home and go have some fun. They're old enough to do the shopping and cook their own meals now. Send them out to work..**)... oh yes no chance there. Looks like you have a busy few days ahead with birthdays and all. %/ Good to see you over on the Arizona forum gathering support from the girls there...:3DSMILE: Take care. Look after those kids now. |
Okay, I will set up for dinner on the first Saturday. Details soon but Mexican food and beer is in order.
Bernie and Rick good to hear from ya'll. More to come when I return home. Jay |
Colleen,
Well, we need someplace to hang our hat when we are in town! :D :D :D |
D'oh! I forgot that is the same weekend. So my vote is now voided.
I'll be in Conroe but I'm not sure about Alan. Depends on where he's working at the time. |
hey, you're starting to sound like me.... taking road trips without the 'man'.
|
My U19s have a soccer game at 4:00... 100 minutes of play in North Garland might put us in Addison by 6:45.
This would be my first evening meet. Anybody got a guess whether we will just be getting through with cocktails, or dessert around 6:45 ? |
just getting started. ;)
(wait and see what time Jay posts for the dinner- I bet around 6-7, or so.) I know last October when we had an evening dinner, I got home well after dark, so I'd say it didn't end near 7. Come on out!!!! Kristen |
In fact, after dinner last year, Jay and I cruised down to Kellers and checked out that scene. Pretty cool cars and a lot of fun.
