ALRIGHT!!! The forecast has been changed to partly cloudy and MID-40's. So I'm driving mine. Heater on HIGH. Come on Miles ya wimp. Annie needs her legs stretched. I CHALLENGE all to brave the cold!!!!!!!

Jim Jacobs 02-01-2007 09:36 AM

HEATER?? I don't have no stinkin HEATER. Now that my trip has been cancelled, it looks like I'll be able to attend afterall. I just checked the forcast and it said a low of 27 for Friday night so it will be between 30 and 35 when we'll need to leave. If that's the case, little 22 will have to wait until next month.

I'm really looking forward to dropping by Jay's place to say Hi to his new kids.

Kristen/Steve S./ John S - If ya'll decide you'd rather not drive your Cobras you'd be welcome to ride with me.

jdean 02-01-2007 11:34 AM

If it will be dry, I will be driving.

I have a relative in a nearby hospital, and depending on how he is doing by Sat. I plan to show up in the Cobra.

BossmanII 02-01-2007 06:01 PM

Jim,
Ya want to car pool? I'll drive!

James Baldwin 02-01-2007 09:54 PM

I wish it was nicer out because the Cobra needs a good shakedown drive before it goes to Florida.

I would also be nice to see you guys again.

392cobra 02-02-2007 06:57 AM

James,
Great to see you post.Been wondering what you two are up to.
How about some shots of your Cobra !

Jim Jacobs 02-02-2007 08:44 AM

Bossman - You bet, where would you like to meet. Also we may be following a couple of the diehards. If so, we may need to leave Forney around 8:45. Are you interested in going to Jay's afterwards?

427Aggie 02-02-2007 09:36 AM

James its going to be clear enough to take that mirror out for a 1 mile drive..sheeze...

If I can take the GT out you better bring that monster out.

matt

BossmanII 02-02-2007 11:49 AM

I can pick you up at 8:45 and I certainly would like to go by Jays afterwards.

bossman- yikes! 8:45.... way too early!!!!

meet is at 10:30.... and that's to 'hang around in the parking lot to look at each other's cars... I'm not sure we'll have very many cars tomorrow. :( I sure don't think I'm bringing mine, anyway. It only takes 45 minutes + to get over there. I'm not leaving til around 9:30, or maybe even closer to 10. nobody wants to see my Suburban!!!

Lunch at 11. So, not to tell ya'll what to do.... ;) but wow that's early!!!

John and Steve... what time ya'll thinking of???

May stop have a cup of coffee........gives me an excuse to get out of the house early on Saturday morning.

Jim Jacobs 02-02-2007 12:53 PM

Bossman - We are not going to be following anyone afterall, so we can go as we please. Since that is the case why don't you come by around 9:30ish. If you need to speak with me directly for anything my cell number is 214-232-2227.

LuvDaBlues 02-02-2007 02:45 PM

Kristen,

A friend of mine with his Corvette:eek:   is meeting me in Rockwall @ 9:45, then we'll pick up John @ I-30 & Dalrock Road soon after. Then straight over to Las Colinas. We should be icicles by the time we hit the parking lot.

After, we're heading to Jay's Garage-Mahal. The afternoon drive should be pleasent. If you like upper 40's.

hey,littlecobra 02-02-2007 02:48 PM

Yes, Steve, that time sounds a bit better. I think Trey and I are just coming in the Yukon, so everybody do their own thing this month. :( darn.

For those who do come, make sure that before you leave, sign the wall if you haven't already.

Cars arriving on Saturday are

What shape they are in after two weeks,,,I don't know:CRY:
