Good thoughts for John Ross
John is going in for surgery on his right arm this morning. He tore his right bicep brom the bone(YUK) Keep him in your thoughts and prayers today. Doesn't look like he will be able to drive his cobra during the summer. Six months of rehab at least. Prayers are with ya John. By the way he won seven dollars last night playing poker at my place BFD:LOL:

hey, John, best wishes for a speedy recovery. Jay. How did he rip his bicep??? Ripping the $7 bucks out of your clasped fist??? :D ;)

Best Wishes John!
My brother tore both biceps (seperately) and I saw him go through the rehab. DO THE REHAB!! It's boring as hell, but will get your range-of-motion back. Hang tough. |
Hi John,
Been there done that. I tore mine pitching fastpitch softball. The harder you work at therapy, the sooner you'll be driving that gorgeous car of yours! Best wishes for a speedy recovery John. Chris |
get well soon and make it to tulsa....that is an order!:)
|
John,
Good luck today.........and if you need a Cobra fix through the summer I'm sure anyone of us would be willing to take you for a blast in your car!!!! |
Good Luck!
John, sure hope it goes well for you today! Feel free to call on me if I can help you do anything that needs done while you are crippled :) If you can work the clutch and steer .. maybe I can shift :D
Cheers, Sam |
John,
Good wishes for a speedy recovery. Based on your previous surgery this one should be a piece of cake! :3DSMILE: :3DSMILE: :3DSMILE: |
Hope ya get well soon. Follow the rehab and I hope it heals as good as new.
made a note to self : Be careful playing poker with Jay. |
John,
Get well soon. If you get board not being able to work on your projects you can always hang out at my warehouse and supervise mine, I can defiantly use the help. The refrigerator is always full of beer. Bwana Gary |
Gary and Sammy.... I think John could easily come to ya'll's garage and do some supervising!! And, I bet raising his arm to sip on a beer every few minutes would be perfect therapy. :)

What better Rehab/Therapy could you have than shifting gears in your beast?
Best of luck - let me know if there's anything I can do to help. |
John,
Sorry to hear of your piss poor situation.:( Praying for a speedy and complete recovery. BTW - Next time let Jay win.:) |

Take care! |
Best wishes John
Let us know if you need anything. One thing I like about this club is there is NOTHING like having 16,000 or so friends. :) Hey aren't you a lefty? If so get someone else to change the gears while you drive LOL :) |
Sorry to hear about your injury John.......get well soon.
Were you working on the GT40? Let me know if you need any help on it. |

John,
Now is the time to start doing 12 oz curls with the left arm. I hope your recovery is a quick one. Take it easy and let the Dallas folks pamper you for awhile. Gregg H |
Thanks all.
I'm still alive. talking with the doc it will be about 4 weeks before i can handle 12 oz curls and 2-3 months before i can try and shift the cobra. i am gonna work on the doc to put me in a splint or cast for tulsa. i figure if i can catch 2 gears i can make the sonic cruise :3DSMILE: thanks for all your wishes it helped cause the doc said surgery went great. me im still on pain killers so i am doing fine too John aka Lefty |
