I'm soooo glad everyone is having a good time. I missed the monthly meeting due to CVAR at TWS. But I would have rather been with you folks. The weekend went from bad to terrible.
I incorrectly plumbed the tranny vent, and doused the engine bay with transmission fluid. (A pure rookie mistake). Fixed that, then had my newly re-built engine go KAPUT! Sounded like a broken piston rod. While pulling it out (again) Sunday morning, I drained about 3 quarts water from the oil pan. You guys enjoy R&G. Remember to ALWAYS watch your gages! |
