2009 AUSTIN SPRING MEET Dates: March 26 thru 29, 2008 Embassy Suites Hotel Spa and Conference Center 1001 McCarty Lane San Marcos, Texas 78666 1-512-392-6450 1-800-392-6450 Room Rate: $ 129.00 per night - Single/Double Occupancy - Group Code = CBA. Includes: Daily Cooked to order Breakfast Daily afternoon Cocktail/Happy Hour Shuttle service to and from San Marcos outlet mall The room reservation block ( Group Code = CBA ) CLOSES March 9, 2009. After that date, rooms will be booked on an 'as available' basis at the Hotel standard rate. Event Registration will be $ 35.00 per car - Onsite registration will be $ 40.00. The event registration will be handled via the web if you prefer or onsite when you arrive.

The question is ?? Will there be enough room for the Margarita Transporter at the INN. Have my room reservation, has anyone met the local law enforcement staff, need to know how much money needed to influence the locals. And or are they friendly ?? See you then , db **)**):LOL::LOL:

Just to reiterate on Dee's Post. We have a registration website that will include a PayPal link. It should be upon the web in a few days. Remember calling the hotel only gets you a room reservation. The registration website registers you, your guests and your car. This year we are asking for additional information pertaining to trailers, tow vehicles and motorhomes. There will be designated areas for cars, closed trailers, open trailers, and motorhome. Until the website goes live, please measure the overall length of your tow vehicle and trailer combined. We need the length of motorhomes as well. You will need it to register. The new website will have FAQs, directions to the hotels, an agenda of events, and, of course, the registration form. The meet has gotten so large that we needed a more centralize way of collecting information. Please hang in there a couple more days. Thanks for all of your posts. KEN WALKER |
I just registered and found out that our room block is almost full (one room left). You all should make your resv. immediately so Dee can expand the block. Dee & Jackie, thanks to you and your team for all of your efforts to plan this event. This should be a BLAST!
