Default SPF Remote Clutch Reservoir Hose

I had to replace my hose as it was "sweating". What a PITA! Thought I would post a few things to help someone else.

1. SPF put an access hole inside the drivers wheel well. That is where the good ends.
2. Bolts holding cover on this access hole has nylon nuts on the back, to make it worse you can really only reach two of them from under the hood, inside and bottom, outside chance you could get to the top one. Take those two off, when those are out of the way you can pry the cover enough to get onto the other nylon nuts from the wheel well.
3. If you have big hands good luck. Brake and clutch lines give you little room to get to the hose where it attaches to the master. After quite some time I was able to get the clamp loose and cut the hose a little, once I had this done I was able to pull the hose off from above.
4. Forget about putting on the new hose without removing, or better yet, turning the cover on top of the master. I ended up loosening the clamp and turning the cover so I had the tube for the hose facing me vs the firewall. This made getting the hose on very easy. After I was able to turn the cover back and tighten the clamp for the cover on the master.
5. When putting on the access cover do yourself a favor and use interior push pins like these. https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

Expect war wounds on your hands and a few choice words tossed around. Make sure to get hose that works with brake fluid. You will need 3 feet of hose.

Another tip, if you can get the side vent loose/out of the way that would also be a great access hole for this job. I looked at it but was unable to get it loose due to little room to access/turn the bolts.

Default Narrow needle nose vice grips...

Work good for the back side...
Also cut a 10 mm combo in half for bleeding in there. There is a bleed on the M/C
