2nd Annual Tri-State Cobra Association Meeting

Spring is just around the corner, time for those of us in the NY/NJ/PA/CT are to get together and brainstorm about where we are going, and what we plan to do this upcoming year..........Chime in if your interested in another get-together, and we'll go from there......... Perhaps we should pick a location that others may find more convenient although I must admit the Sheraton at Mt Arlington was very convenient for me. Last time you posted this suggestion you were swamped with responses and as I recall we had a lot of people show up. Any March weekend other than Mar 16-17 should be OK for me. |

Just because your Cobra is not done does not exclude you from coming to the meeting. The first meet I attended was last spring but my Cobra was not on the road till June. A spring meet sounds great. An opportunity to finally meet some of you guys, and a road trip to blow out the winter cobwebs! If possible, a Saturday would be best for me; it'll avoid conflicts with my kids' league basketball games which are usually on Sunday. Scott |

Well it has been a long time and a get together would be great. Let me know the time and the place and i will try to be there i have been working extra hours at work and also side jobs so time is a bit short for me, hopefully that will change by the summer time. The New Jersey Replica Club is having a get together on Sunday 7 April. I checked the extended forcast and it looks like a very high 50's day. Might be a good day for all the Cobra guys to get together at the same place. There is alot of dual membership.
Below is the notice for Sunday. Post here if you are going to make it. I know of at least 6 Cobras going and there will be more as we get closer to Sunday. Roscoe Notice: Just a reminder that this coming Sunday, April 7, 2002 at noon is our second attempt at "Southern Exposure". It's the first outdoor NJRC event of 2002. So, dust 'em off, fire 'em up, fill 'em up with ethyl and head to the Circus Drive-In, Rt. 35, Wall, NJ (732-449-2650) this Sunday at noon. That's the Garden State Parkway to exit 98, then I-195/Rt. 138 East until it ends, then exit right, on to Rt. 35 South. The Circus Drive-In is approximately .7 of a mile on the right. |
Roscoe... I haven't been around for a while but the NJRC meet at the Circus Drive In sounds promising. We will see how the weather goes.

I won't be able to make it this Sunday I will be upstate summerizing and putting away my snowmobiles. I will be looking forward to the next get together you have in which case I hope to make it then. My Unique kit finially made it to CT. Went to see it yesterday for the first time and what happy feet I had!!! Hope to have it by late May or early June.
