CSX 4027 coming back to HRE for ??

CSX 4027 is soon to arrive back at HRE for a re-do and a stripping of it's competition form. The new owner is going to remove the numbers, decals, comp windscreen & open pipes. The side targets will be re-painted car color, a windshield will be installed and mufflers will ber added to the side pipes

The first cry is me. The 2nd is Ken(Miles)!
