Jersey Shore Cobra cruises?
Anyone know of any cruises, meets, poker runs....etc for Jersey shore cobra owners this summer? :3DSMILE: **)

If I could get someone besides my wife to watch my kids - I would love to take her out for a nice cruise one night(or day). Would love to meet up with all the local Cobra guys. I am on the Shore myself.

I'd be a third & maybe host a small group, we're in a condo on the beach.
nice roads are a little harder to finf , but there are afew. Jim

This is great , in one day we have three interested parties in a meet of some sort. Lets give this thread some time and maybe we can put something together.

Count me in. I have a house on LBI. No cruise but a car show in Barnigate in July, not sure of the date. Keep on posting for date, place and time. I don't need an excuse to drive the car to the Shore.

Well, there is at least four of us. enough to enjoy a group ride or hit a local car show or two. The next sat and following sunday are nfull with CC events already. Anyone check the jersey car shows?

I'm in Middletown and Highlands most weekends. I'll be there this coming weekend (june 9-10)
Would love to hook up for a cruise. I've seen at least one person in the Rumson/Middletown area a number of times in a blue w/white striped cobra, Never can get his attention. Look for me in a British Racing Green ERA this weekend in Middletown or on Ocean Ave Sunday. or call....2012646976 and say hi.

I'm always looking to go for a cruise. I'm in Brielle and would like to hook up with others for any rides. Ron, when are you stopping by with the car?? I keep waiting to hear you come down the street and have my neighbors look out and see it's not me!

Chaz, sorry I haven't stopped by yet. The only highlight this past week was passing inspection, the rest has been hell. I have your shields in the trunk, and can stop by this evening if you don't think your neighbors would mind :LOL:

Hey Guys - I took a drive last night through the new Pier Village in Long Branch. Man - I felt like a superstar with my Cobra (and my wife). Almost embarassing with all the looks I got. Guys and girls all checking the Cobra out - I never thought I would feel weird about the attention, but I do. I guess I will just have to get used to it. My Cobra isn't going anywhere without me. We should try and do a get together down there, lots of stuff to do and see.

ALMOST brought the cobra to the shore this weekend. (shoulda woulda coudha) It would have been a surprise for the guy in the silver/stripes (superformance??) at 230 am on the corner of Harmony and Cherry Tree lane, Middletown had I been in my ERA on the way to work... Instead, he saw a guy in a black chebby abalanche smiling as he made the right turn onto Cherry tree lane...
next time, maybe we meet.
