Ok. I'll give this new space a try.
Nice place for me to tell my story, so to speak.
The Cobra I bought from Gary Morris on March 4, 2004. It's been 3 1/2 years. Can't believe it's been that long!
The '65 Mustang is way neat and quite a prize. I won it in a Red Cross Raffle, benefiting the Hurricane Victims. Steve F. kindly donated the stang to the Red Cross, then sold raffle tickets. I was feeling lucky, and bought a few. Well ok. more than a few, but really my check went to the Red Cross and I felt pretty good about it. 
Never dreamed I'd actually win it!
The '07 Shelby GT 500 is sweet as candy. Quite a fun and satisfying treat!
I'll tell a little more about them another day. I have as my daily driver an '04 Yukon XL. Quite pleasant and serviceable. First non Ford or non foreign car I've owned!
Speaking of my cars... I first had a '66 MGB. I loved that car, and of course that car is what sparked my interest in cars. Well, maybe not the first car that sparked my interest. My dad has always been into cars and I guess he passed that love of an exquisite machine on to me. He had plenty of unusual cars in his day. I remember him winning a TR3 for my sister, playing darts.  He then sold it and bought the MG for her. I inherited it from her. Of course I had NEVER driven a stick until the first time i got in it, and that was two days before school started my junior year! nothing like baptism by fire....
ok so anyway. A bunch of hohum poor girl cars, and then I got lucky.... I'll tell more about my other cars another day....
So I like this area. Kind of a place I can talk to the wall.

The one of me in front of my Cobra... My very first TDE track day! wow I was nervous! It was at Motorsport Ranch, in Sept. '04. Still driving strong.... ERA #291 at Hallett outside of Tulsa, June '07. At the Shelby MidAmerica Meet. St. Patrick's Day, Paddy with a big white bow, ready for me to drive home!
