Default Needle Valves

Anyone have any dealings with a D&G Valve Co, in Mass.? I came across an old print- out from the web suggesting they make a better needle valve for the 48IDAs. Supposed to maintain better control with any fuel pressure flux. Jon

I have a set of those valves. They feature a glass ball as the closing object instead of a needle valve.
Installed them once and flooded two carburetors
Put them away to test them some other time. Still waiting.

They have been around for a while.

Gene Berg may still have them:

Just a word of caution on these repops. The opening at 3.3 mm is quite large and goes against the suggestion of using the smallest opening that will provide enough fuel. This large size makes it difficult to control fuel level accurately. These are sized for large CID air cooled drag race VW applications where they are commonly used because of the severe vibration.
