I'm going to break tradition and root (route ?) for John and Arcy this year...
With the thousands upon thousands of dollars they both recently sunk into those itsy-bitsy six cylinder turbo’s just to be able to "maybe" challenge one of those “Big RED” cars at the strip…Can’t be much fun for them to race against another RED car to have the other driver down the track, back to the pits, and ordering a cheeseburger before they finish their quarter mile run…Or was that Wolfie’s “silver” car that had that happen to? I forget…..

You know I'll be there! When Chris says he has "baseball", it means his wife has his balls in his purse and doesn't want him to blowup yet another motor. Arcy, why would I sell my car? You seem to always show up WITHOUT your cobra (POS vette, Mach I etc). I'm gonna bring the thunder, enough said.

Get the facts straight Erik, I never even implied you sold your car.
I know you got to much money in that thing chasing 11's
I'm gonna bring the thunder, enough said.
Oooooooooooooo... is that supposed to scare us !!!!
Bring the thunder, while your at it, bring a bag of exuses too. I have a feeling you'll need 'em.
But Erik, you got what? more than double the cubes of my little whimpy v6.
Just the fact that a litttle 231 can run with a 572 is it? is great!
The fact is the truth lies ahead, put the rubber on the track and light'em up!

Jerry who can tell?
Here is a picture of her car at Byron last tome out.
In case you weren't there it's NOT the blue car in the foreground.
You cannot see the cobra that's doing the bunout.

Arcy, at least I bring all motor. You have to strap on some sort of turbine to keep up, if that's what you call keeping up. Oh I know I tinker with my car, but don't fool yourself that you've NEVER messed with yours. Wolfie, don't tell me the whole Damsch family is run by women...so sad.

Erik,
You can talk smack when you beat me!!! Just once.
I will then come out of retirement That's all it will take, and I will smash that boat anchor into little bits, AGAIN....
Keep that thong colored car in your garage. You will be better off.

Chris
Come on out, you can show me a thing or two. I just like watching you guys go fast. I just picked up some drag radials, hoping to knock off a few 10ths.
What's the official count now?

You're right chris, I haven't beat your et yet. But since your afraid of racing, I guess you'll never get into the 10's! Why are you putting a bigger cam in if you won't run it? Beats the he'll out of me.

Jerry,
Yes, drag radials on a BDR, I can always buy a new half shaft! Hope someone is bringing a trailer. Just keep teaching me some things each time out, I have to find a way to get past these guys with the HAIRDRYERS on their Buick engines, I may have to get a NOS system in the fall to do it.
I am heading out this weekend to test the tires at Byron. The weather forcast looks great: 82 degrees, partly cloudy, slight breeze. I'm glad, last time I froze my a$$ off driving up in 38 degree weather.
