Dyno Day!
I talked with a friend about dyno discounts... The dyno is in Sycamore and if we can get 5 cars minimum, it will be $50 for 3 or 4 pulls. After I find 5 cars I'll set up a date.

I'm not sure who Sten talked to back in March, but my friend Joe is the only guy with 224 DynoJet in Sycamore. I was out at the shop today. Joe and I are wrapping up a Roush supercharged engine swap in my 06 GT Mustang. It goes on the dyno tomorrow afternoon.
I mentioned this post and he doesn't remember talking to anybody about a dyno day, but would be more than happy to do one. If you guys can get 5 cars. It would be $60 for 3 pulls on the dyno (no tuning) If you can get 8 cars. It would drop to $50 for 3 pulls (again no tuning) Anybody wanting/needing tuning. Times and costs would be discussed aside from the dyno day. Joe is one of the best ford guys in the area, but has tons of experience with all domestic and foreign makes and models. Rear wheel and front wheel drives are no problem. Naturally aspirated or EFI is no problem. Let me know if there is an interest and we can set it up. -ed |

So if anyone is curious about how good Joe and Mike are with a dyno and tuning... This is what my street tune for my 06 Mustang GT did on the dyno tonight.

I'd be interested in going too. Most weekdays are fine, but the weekends are filling in fast.

I'll be out at the shop later today. I'll see if Joe can do a thursday for those of you that can't do a weekend. Can somebody get a car count for a thursday and a count for a saturday or sunday?
