Meadowdale Car Show 9/12/15
7th Annual Meadowdale Motorsports and Memories Car Show.
Saturday, September 12, 2015
Show car registration 8:30am to 10:00am.
Registration is $15.00 at show and $10.00 if pre -registered.

If the WCCC can get enough cars pre-registered, they will give us a parking area.

Would really be great to have a large WCCC turn-out for this event. Both current and past members and new owners interested in hanging out with other Cobra owners. We'll have a pop-up tent and our club banner to display as well!
We could use the time together here as a planning session for some weekend events in the Fall.
A meeting place and a group parking area will be arranged if there's enough interest.
Pre-registering is strongly recommended so you can bypass the line and drive right in to the parking area. (Waiting until 9am last year, we were sitting in traffic for at least an additional 30 minutes in the blazing sun.)
We really need to get together as a group more, both new and old members and rekindle the passion we had years ago.
Pack your lawn chair and sun screen and let’s make it a day. You might have so much fun that you will want to attend the British Car show at Harper College on Sunday too so you can continue the conversations from Saturday Meadowdale event.
Winter is coming, and you will all look back on this 2 events when it's -10F outside and be happy you attended these two events.

Looks like we have 7 cars attending so far. At least from those that replied so far which isn't many. Waiting on you Chris to make #8. Everyone should pre register to avoid the line to register at the event.

No trailers in the car area to my knowledge. AND I don't thing it would make the windy path to the parking area.....

Morris, there is an area at the top where there are race cars and other special cars displayed, some of them on trailers. You may want to call the 847-421-2891 or MIRPA1958@AOL.com for more information.
I think it would be great to see your car in person, having seen hundreds of pictures on the net when you were building it.

I called the lady in charge and she said they could handle the trailer.....and for me to come early and she would park us.....
So I got it running and brakes bled an now working on the body.....hopefully we'll be there somewhere.....not sure if I want to put the wing on or not.....I look forward to seeing you there...

I sent in snail-mail, did not get confirmation - the check has not cleared.
I've never been to this event, is that normal ??

Acuweather is showing any rain in the forecast to be clearing out by 5am. It will be chilly, so bundle up!
