When it comes to Cobra tuning, I'm not sure that you can really have your druthers geographically.

I have heard that ATR Motorsports 550 N. Chicago Street • Joliet, IL 60432• 815-726-RT66 (7866) is pretty good. They have a Chassis Dyno...my builder recommends them all the time for carb tuning.

Its not Northwest though.

I've heard mixed reviews on Street Stuff. They did good on my carb a couple of years back, but I know others have not been as happy.
